Choosing the best option. We will guide you through all available beachfront locations and house options to select the best option to satisfy your needs.
Tour to beachfront property. After the reservation for your beach house and booking your flights, we can schedule a tour to see the properties. When you decide to purchase, we can make the plan together to fulfill all the needs you have for your dream beach house.
Contract signing. When all individual planning is completed and materials, amenities and accessories are selected, we schedule meeting with attorney and notary to sign the contract.



Reservation deposit payment. You can make the reservation for the best beachfront lot with 1000 USD deposit, it will secure the location and price for your property. Reservation deposit is 100% refundable if you decide not to purchase for any reason.

Stage 1. Down payment 95 000 USD – Meeting with architect/engineer, building permit process starts. Completed max. 4,5 months.

Stage 2. Foundation phase payment 30 000 USD – To be made when the beach house foundation is ready. Completed max. 3 months.

Stage 3. Walls and roof up. The payment of this phase, 30 000 USD to be made when the beach house is build up to roof level. Completed max. 3 months.

Stage 4. Final inspection phase payment 30 000 USD – When the beach house is completely built and final inspection is approved. Completed in max. 3 months.

The maximum time period from signing the contract to the final inspection approval is 11,5 months.
